Скажу Вам честно. Меня это как клиента, не должно интересовать куда они потом ветхие деньги девают...

Баксы в НА и тд
этим не кто не хочет заниматся кроме УКРЭКСИМА и Привата

Еще принимают такие купюры в банке ФИНАНСЫ И КРЕДИТ, но под 10% комиссии от стоимости номинала.

Я тоже так считаю, но когда столкнулась с этой проблемой - поняла, что тут ничего не поделаешь: либо соглашаться на условия банка по приему таких купюр, либо искать другие варианты.
