В сентябре сделал предоплату (100%) за газовую колонку "РОСС". В наличии не было, сказали через 2 недели привезем. Естественно не привезли (и никто не звонил и не просил подождать), привезли через месяц, ну да ладно, дело не горящее. Установил в ноябре, колонка не заработала (не загорается горелка), позвонил в магазин, сказали что типа вас записали, мастер перезвонит в течение 2-3-х дней. Как вы уже догадались, никто не звонил, когда я перезванивал, были отговорки типа очередь и т.д. и т.п. В результате для заказа выезда сервисмена пришлось ехать в магазин. В итоге около 3-х недель ушло на "выезд" и ремонт колонки.
На следующий день колонка опять не работала (с теми же симптомами - не зажигается горелка), опять звонок в магазин, опять отговорки типа "завтра, послезавтра, надо позвонить производителю что-то узнать и т.п.". По телефону говорят, мастера нету, на выезде. При приезде в магазин выясняется что никто никуда не уезжал, все сидят в магазине и отговорки "у всех резко встали котлы, размораживается система, бла, бла, бла".
11 января не выдержал, пошел в отдел по защите прав потребителей, написал заяву (там сказали, что товарищей этих знают, жалобы были уже), отнес в магазин, (приняли неохотно, сказали что вот-вот приедем сделаем вашу колонку), зарегистрировал, 2 недели истекают в пятницу, народ не телиться.
Еще накатал заяву в харьковский РОСС, обрисовал ситуацию, может будет толк (когда работал в Москве в конторе, то сами очень оперативно реагировали на жалобы на дилеров в регионах, проводили проверки со всеми вытекающими).

Вывод (по крайней мере для меня): никогда там больше ничего не покупать и никому не рекомендовать.

По телефону на вопрос "ну когда же вы приедете" отвечают "мы о вас помним, приедем, как снег растает".
