Лично я категорически против любых "парений" - прежде всего посоветоваться с хирургом. Не парить, не греть. Укол рыбной костью очень коварен, чаще всего если палец опухает и появляется боль, это свидетельствует о панариции. Обработать палец антисептиком и приложить мазь (можно ихтиоловую). И утром, если опухоль не спадёт, бегом к хирургу.
