небольшой отчет по прошедшей тренировке (конечно в качестве рекламы, чего уж там ) 1. Разминка. очень небольшая по продолжительности. 2. Изучили 3 базовых шага (степа) 3. опробовали их в парах 4. выучили в паре небольшую связку. 5. в конце тренировки - повторили материал (как домашнее задание)
было 4 девушки и 3 парня (1 из них - тренер). Пары меняются после нескольких подходов - каждый перетанцевал с каждым. Т.е. опасения, что придете и пары не будет (или будет, но не та) - не совсем верны. Материал дается простыми порциями - усвоили практически все, в конце занятия связку уже вытанцовывали под музыку.

Следующая тренировка - в субботу, 06.03.10 на 18-30 в ДК Кредмаш (ул. Халаменюка). На 2-м этаже.
Можно прийти посмотреть, пообщаться с тренером, либо взять форму и поучаствовать в пробной тренировке.
