Я, конечно, нового мало чего узнал и только от Вас. Думал, этой темой найду решение попроще чем знаю, но. Выяснилось, что пока все еще по прежнему! Или около того!

а куда уж проще VD и операции в нем, занимающей несколько секунд. причем несколько секунд - это не метафора, а буквально так и есть..

или вам надо шоб склеивалось, резалось и сохранялось мгновенно, а несколько секунд - это драгоценная трата времени?

Справедливости ради отмечу, что у режима Direct Stream Copy есть недостаток который следует учитывать.

В этом режиме VD режет только по ключевым кадрам. Т.е. Точность обрезки страдает, тем сильнее чем реже расставлены ключевые кадры.

В современных версиях на этот счёт есть Smart rendering. Поэтому точность не страдает.

...Который включается начиная с режима Fast Recompress. В Direct Stream Copy он не работает.

Бобик, если есть желание ковыряться в видео, то займитесь лучше AviSynth - побольше возможностей и работает в нативном для видео цветовом пространстве - yuv, в отличие от VD, который работает в RGB.
