Вот это хорошо! Можно приготовить яичный супик: обычный супчик негустой без круп варим до готовности (так, как Вы обычно варите). Пока доваривается суп, слегка взбить 3-4 перепелиных яйца. Суп выключаем и энергично перемешивая его тонкой струйкой вливаем яйца. Вкусно получается! Супчик можно сделать как с мясом, так и без него. Можно сделать суп с начинкой (так мама моя называла ). Если ребёнку можно немножко печени, то берём в равных частях куриную печёнку и куриное мясо. Мясные продукты не молоть , а рубить мелко ножом. Из мясных продуктов делаем начинку: 1 некрупное яйцо, 50мл молока, слегка посолить и замесить тесто похожее на густую сметану. В эту смесь ввести рубленные мясные продукты и добавив муки, нужно слегка промесить его. Берём тесто чайной ложкой и вводим в суп за 10мин. до конца варки. Как только закипело, отсчитываем 10 минут и выключаем. Суп готов.
Mavka, из покупного -только галетное печенье , а из домашнего любимое блюдо - шарлотка с яблоками ( и на приготовление пол часа уходит,что не мало важно),а так же творожная запеканка ( это конечно если деть любит творог)

Даю всё, что пеку дома, без опаски. Сын у меня любит сухое печенье, поэтому часто овсяное пеку или простое из песочного теста, ну и пирожки с фруктами улетают "на ура". Из покупного - сушка в почете еще с беззубого детства.
нашла вот такую подборку детских рецептов, все очень просто и , думаю, очень вкусно, можно без проблем, не ломая себе голову, составлять меню для ребенка
