Светофоры на ост. Гроев Сталинграла, Керченская, Совеской Армии, перекресток 50 лет Октября-Карнаухова (возле Сильпо) - не мигает зеленый перед желтым, и нету "красного-с-жёлтым" вместо этого очень коротко желтый и потом зеленый. ГОСТы что ли поменялись? или чье-то раздолбайство чья-то халатность....

Ну так на ЙЮХ отправлять жадущих оштрафовать. Работа не по госту. А связано оно с тем, pantazm говорила, что там дележка двух контор, кто чем будет заниматься, плюс судится предыдущий руководитель. В результате и видим такую картинку. Скоро весь город встанет.

Да, ситуация не простая со светофорами. У них ресурс подошел и летят плата одна за другой. Долго не могут справиться со светофором на ж.д.- там после проезда поезда никак не выходил на режим, всегда давал сбой. Устали они работать....А тут еще реорганизация и админ.проблемы....
Скорее всего в головах у них проблемы! Надо же цивилизованно работать! Деньги выделены с бюджета, надо их осваивать, время пройдет, а потом скажут - не успели, и так далее. А народ продолжает жить в этой мутной водичке, скоро наши ГАЙцы начнут там рыбку ловить!
Дорога от заправки Пселовской на Молодежном до НПЗ. Ребята, в служебных правда авто, ездят с приборами очень похожими на Визирь, и делают (без заявки) съемку и сзади и спереди: больше 80 км/ч, желающих опередить на аквидуке медленные троллейбусы и лексусы, и прочие водительские шалости.
