Дело в том, что я обратился к ICTV и Новому о качестве сигнала... а они говорят, что только у меня.
Если можно, пишите когда и какой канал.

Я думаю это местный передатчик, т.к. у меня и тарелка есть, и эфир. ВИЗИТА НЕТ у меня.

Ну вот вчера по ICTV было один раз прерывание сигнала секунд на 5.
Время - где-то в 21:30
