С 01:44 09.06.2007 на наш сервер началась DDoS атака с нескольких IP адресов в США. Атака на сервер продолжается и сейчас. :diablo:
Приношу извинения за нестабильную работу сайта, стараемся решить проблему как можно оперативнее.

Ну вот и мы пережили, сколько раз читал, слышал, а столкнулся впервые.

К 17:30 проблему решили совместно с админами. Два часа прошло - полёт нормальный. Наблюдаем.

Атакающий скорее всего рядом сидит. Но работает через прокси, который и регистрирует прграмма обнаружения вторжений. Хулиган либо знает лично людей и сайт и хочет таким образом напакостить. Либо он не из Кременчуга, то скорее всего ему Ваш сайт приглянулся по каким-то ему ведомым признакам. ПО обновлять нужно.

ПО обновляется регулярно. И насколько я знаю, лекарства, как такового, от DDoS атак нет.

DoS и DDoS - разные вещи абсолютно... Вы о другом говорите.

Уважаемые пользователи!

Сегодня, 29.11.2009, около 18:00 на kremenchug.ua началась массированная DDoS-атака, в результате чего возникли перебои в работе сайта. Атака продолжается до сих пор.

В настоящее время специалисты хостинговой компании принимают меры по предотвращению этой напасти.

Приносим извинения за неудобства. Просим отнестись с пониманием к данной ситуации.
