Всем привет. Имеется участок с ветхим домом в центре Кременчуга, ул.Красина, район 13-й школы. На противоположной стороне выстроены котеджи. Разделен на 2-х владельцев, приватизирован. Общая площадь около 7 соток. Какие на данный момент цены за 1 сотку в этом раёне?
Есть рыночная цена на недвижимось, вот она меня и интересует! Хочется получить ответ от людей, которые с этим непосредственно связаны, а не от любителей поболтать...

Хорошее место, но стремное. Сама подыскиваю в центре участок, но там, где вы говорите, (я так понимаю там стоят разваленные двухэтажки и пара хибар) мне кажется целесообразно только под снос всего хлама и постройки многоквартирного дома, для которого во-первых 7 соток мало, во-вторых, никто сейчас в это дело не вложится из-за бесперспективности. ЗЫ а просят по-разному, да только кто ж даст - достаточно прошерстить объявления за последний год - все одно и то же.
Предложения есть от людей серьёзно занимающихся недвижимостью в нашем городе. Свою цену не называют, а задают вопрос: "Сколько вы хотите за свой участок?" Поэтому меня и интересует адекватная цена на сегодняшний день.
