hlopchikk, именно актуально.. этой осенью в ПДД какие-то изменения внесены, видать велосипедистов тоже касаются...

Специально открыл новые правила посмотреть. 6 раздел "Требования к велосипедистам" переписан полностью от точки до точки ( измененные пункты выделятся по тексту), но по памяти не скажу что именно поменялось в нем. На первый взгляд ничего революционного не внесли...
АААА... ввели понятие "Велосипедист" - лицо, управляющее велосипедом, и соответственно отметили весь раздел, в связи с заменой термина, а по сути требований к нашему брату вроде ничего и не меняли
