Да, жаль Протон и русских... Не везёт им последнее время очень часто. Хорошо, что хоть Союзы успешно летают и приземляются. Тьфу-тьфу-тьфу через левое плечо.
Причём здесь Протон! Пуск Протона прошёл успешно, в штатном режиме! Носитель отработал без замечаний! Наряду с Союзом, один из самых надёжных носителей! Запуск завершился не удачей. На третьем включении ДУ разгонника отключилась через 7 сек. Разгонник один из самых хреновых, увы.
Ребята-спецы предположили верно, проанализировав доступные данные характера отказа ДУ Бриза:

Чего нельзя сказать о комментаторах: расчетный апогей 35786, реальный 35781. По моим подсчётам (с помощью новейшей ЭВМ!) = - 5 км. Можно поздравить причастных на Украине, в России и на Тихом океане! Жаль, пуск не смог посмотреть! Дежурю сегодня...
