Irochka, bembi, закваска для твердого сыра стоит 10грн(за два компонента: закваска+защитная культура) и еще такой сыр зреет до 20дней,решайте ,будете брать,я закажу.маскарпоне и филадельфия по 10грн.
я точно буду брать 2 штуки, вдруг во мне проснётся скрытый талант сыровара. Оплатить надо сразу? Я через приват24 могу перекинуть, лично пока передать не могу, болеем.
ага, тогда пока так : по 1 шт для маскарпоне, сыра Филадельфия, и биокефира на пробу. и если что для твердого сыра 1 шт. Надо использовать еще то, что есть))
katerinka11, осетинский,фета,бринза,моцарелла-используется один фермент,без заквасок,так как это рассольные сыры,цена 5грн,там только разные технологии приготовления. bembi, katerinka11, Nadya82, всех записала,в понедельник закажу.
