Могу ошибаться, но похоже на бывший парк саперной бригады. Парк в лесу, сбоку от Малой Кахновки. Если ехать на Комсомольск, то слева. В начале 90-х был еще действующим. Пару раз туда заезжали.

Нет, вы не ошибаетесь! Это и есть бывшие парки сапёрной бригады. Подобные мины я находил и раньше, но в единичных экземплярах. Сейчас, вероятно, почистили какой ни будь подвальчик под картошку...

Да артсклады это там. Ещё на Гвардейской (вероятно).
Понятно, значит учебное хозяйство саперов за их ненадобностью (саперов, учебы и т.д.) просто выброшено на улицу. К артскладам отношения не имеется. Спасибо, господа.
