ula79, как минимум писать смысл есть. Как говорится в пословице "за спрос не бьют", так что в любом случае там Вам расскажут что делать дальше, и стоит ли делать вообще.

А документ о передачи материала есть? Просто отдали шкуры из рук в руки?! Как будете доказывать этот факт? Даже если судпримет чек к рассмотрению как доказательство(в чем я уже сомневаюсь), то макисмум что можно получить это сумма самой предоплаты(ну + судебный сбор и немного морального ущерба)
