Лена, к сожалению, скорей всего так и прийдётся. Сколько помню, - всегда так и было. как это горько не звучит. Много лет назад для того, чтобы устроить своего ребёнка в садик пришлось моему директору отдать два ведра краски ( по договорённости с заведующей садика), хотя у меня на руках было напрвление из районо.
Ну чтож, значит прийдетса что-то делать. Еслибы только помогло. Спасибо всем большое за помощь. Увы очередной раз убеждаешся что нужно идти незаконными путями. :girl_cray:
Вам все очень четко написал Atlantis, даже если у нее есть сто связей в нашем исполкоме (ха-ха, ВР прямо) не попрет же она против Постановы КБ, есть силы и время - боритесь, Закон на Вашей стороне и Ваши права и права Вашего ребенка гарантированы Конституцией, у нас, как говорят - правовое государство, на самом деле, добиться можно, только нервов и времени удет туча Я бы денег дала
Для начала возьми коробку конфет и бутылочку шампанского и сходи к заведующей, обьясни ситуацию и горестным голосом попроси о помощи, ну, а дальше - будем посмотреть.

Какие конфеты, так дела не решают :new_rus: Вариант первый Я думаю, вам нужно посидеть и мило поговорить с заведующей вдвоем и без намеков спросить как вы можете решить эту проблемку вместе и что может поспособствовать ее решению, если человек начнет мяться - а я думаю не начнет - твердо скажите - ХХХ денег достаточно? При этом будьте спокойны и уверенны в себе, поверьте, Вы не первая А еще лучше поинтересуйтесь у мамочек этого садика, не сталкивался кто то с таким вопросом и каково решение - если знакомы конечно Вариант второй Для интереса можно распечатать соответствующую статью Постановы и вооружившись ею прийти к заведующей, далее, потребовать письменный мотивированный (если сможет) отказ в приеме ребенка и вперед в соответствующие инстанции.
