Я не знаю где можно расчиповать. Возможно, Вам нужно наоборот чиповать. Процесс примерно такойЖ Вставлятеся чип на маленькой плате. Выводы с чипа припаиваются к разным местам плейстешн. Это позволяет запускать копированные (нелицензионные игры). Кто занимается чиповкой в Кременчуге? Скорее всего никто. Много информации о чипах на сайте http://ps2-faq.com/faq/ Может лучьше купить уже чипованную. Здесь вот какая проблема. Люди, которые чипуют приставки сильно рискуют. А вот продавать чипованные нет проблем. Всегда есть объяснение: Мы товар в таком виде уже получили.
Если еще нужно "расчиповать" соньку, подойдите в Дом торговли в отдел радиодеталей, что на 3-м этаже. Там ребята возможно и поставят вас на путь истины.
