Не уверена, что подобные темы не появлялись на форуме ранее, но за неимением свободного времени на поиск оных просто опишу собственную ситуацию. Я живу на ул. Коцюбинского прямо напротив Приднепровского парка, где также расположена детская площадка Roshen. То есть детей в данном районе достаточно много, как впрочем и взрослых, которые идут по своим делам/выгуливают детей и т.д. Примерно год назад во дворе появилась приблудная собака, которую сердобольные бабули решили прикормить. В итоге сейчас по двору гоняет свора из 6-10 собак в зависимости от времени суток и пугают всех кто проходит по "их" территории. Проблема заключается в том, что количество собак неуклонно растет причем их агрессивность также растет. Недавно я вела сына на тренировку и из кустов выскочила сначала одна шавка, затем появились и ее бОльшие собратья, которые не гавкая просто молча начали надвигаться на нас. Хорошо, что из-за гаражей вышли два парня, которые начали топать и шуметь, чем и прогнали псарню, но сын испугался очень и очень сильно. Отсюда возникает закономерный вопрос. Куда у нас в городе можно обратиться, чтобы этих собак убрали с улицы?
