22.06.2016 года в 17.00 я пополнила счет на три телефонные номера на ул. Киевской напротив дома 60 где находится "Маркетопт". Аппарат благополучно "Съел" мои деньги и не подавился. Чек не выдал. Но т.к. я очень спешила , сразу не обратила на это внимание. Спустя некоторое время, проверила счет , денег на нем не оказалось. Как не оказалось их и через час. Пришлось мне уводить ребенка с детской площадки и идти обратно к терминалу, чтобы посмотреть номера, куда обратиться, идти нужно было примерно с полчаса по жаре. Набрав номер, после третьего раза взяли трубку и сказали, что сейчас мастер приедет , перезапустит систему и деньги придут на счет. Мы постояли минут 20, но никто не подъехал. Я снова перезвонила по № телефона, мне ответили можете не ждать , хозяин терминала едет из Комсомольска , но скоро будет, все сделает и деньги придут. Сейчас 22.50. Деньги так и не пришли, а сегодня ночью должны снимать абонплату на Киевстаре. После 19.00 на мои звонки вообще никто не отвечал, а после 21.00 телефон благополучно выключился. Кременчужане!!! поделитесь подобными историями, чтобы все знали какие платежные терминалы следует обходить стороной.!!!

Да, кстати, деньги пришли на мобильные счета только сегодня около 12.00, до этого набирала раз 50 телефоны, указанные на терминале, ни по одному мне не ответили. Вот и сервис!!! Через интернет - это Приват24?
