Снега мало, на лыжах не побегаещь. Но зима всё же. Правда на улице +13. А вчера был Новый Год!

Лежит. Такой плюс не каждый день.По ночам минус 2-4.Зимы у нас вообще мягкие, но с частыми сильными ветрами. 20 м в сек ветром не считается.

Городская. Стоит на Дворцовой площади. Елка искуственная, как и все остальные в городе, высотой 25 метров.
