Сайт приватки прикрыли, т.к. 1. - редко туда кто вообще захаживает, 2. - не кому было им заниматься. Сайтик телеграфа сейчас нормально работает, обновляется. А прием объяв по инету не получится по одной простой причине - геморой с оплатой.

Ну так занимается же кто-то сейчас сайтом Телеграфа, можно и Приватки сайт тянуть.
А чего геморного с оплатой, написать модули для оплаты элетронными валютами - это как два пальца, там несколько кб. кода всех вместе взятых... если уж совсем лениво и все запущено, подключите http://www.rupay.com.ua/ . Было бы желание. И вообще, это все опять же относится к вопросу о развитии в Кременчуге электронной коммерции.
И через инет можно было бы сделать (пусть не всех, пусть временно) подачу объявлений бесплатно, сообщить об этом в той же Приватке - вот тебе и посетители на сайте.

Дык в приватке и так объяв дофига, уже в 100 страниц еле влазят, Если еще бесплатно давать, тогда вообще двухтомник выпускать прийдется. :)
А делать оплату через инет тож невыгодно. Из-за десятка человек, на которых заработаешь гривен 20? А за скрипты и на зарплату человеку за все это намного больше платить прийдется ....
