А ты когда заказывал-то? Я с год назада через инет заказала, проблем не было, если не считать, что они умудрились крупную сумму, переведенную на ранее существующую карточку сунуть на эту, заказанную через инет. Ох я тогда помучилась, объясняясь с Варшавой, банк которой утверждал, что деньги отправили и ПБ, утверждавшего, что до них деньги еще не дошли! И все переговоры-разборки пришлось проводить из Москвы. Дурдом! Мне в итоге дали исчерпывающее объяснение - а что ж вы обе карточки заводите на одну фамилию?! Спрашивается - на чью же фамилию я ее должна заводить для собственного пользования? Или их не учили сличать номера карт?

Да, приват 24 я пользуюсь давно и успешно - проблем нет и очень удобно, согласна. Очень удобно денежку со счета на счет особенно перекидывать - я сразу вижу, на чью фамилию они туда попадают и знаю, что доставлены строго адресату, а не кому-то по ошибке.
