Хочу заняться фигурой и поразминать мышцы, подскажите пожалуйста где у нас можно походить на фитнесс или в тренажерный зал, для девушек.И если можно ,подскажите с тренером ли занятия и сколько в месяц стоит.А то просматривала темы здесь на форуме, так они уже устарели.
Ka2-Kusya, Fit Curvers до сих пор "здравствует и процветает". Телефон я, к сожалению, уже не помню, но по справочной 09 можно найти. А там уже вам про все расскажут, а если на до и покажут :)
irina, просто там тема одна с уже устаревшими сообщениями, а еще одна изначально начиналась для мужчин.Поэтому я создала тему чтоб именно для девушек узнать где сейчас и как )))
