The system estimated my vocabulary at 7000 (approx). I can tell you for sure it's quite enough to be fluent and communicate freely with native eng speakers. At work I speak english all the time and don't have any trouble not only communicating with people but even arranging and hosting meetings with many participants. To cut a long story short, IMHO this is a dumb test :-).
