Опять зопа с внешними каналами.
Пинг на 8.8.8.8, twitter и пр. сотни миллисекунд, каждый 5-й пакет теряется. Пинг внутри страны идеальный.
В саппорт дозвониться нереально, 5-й в очереди, за 10 минут продвинулся на 4-е место.

Хреново, что альтернативы нет.
