теоретически роутер настроен на connect on demand (подключаться по требованию) и при простое попросту отключается. для лечения данной проблемы нужно зайти на вэб-интерфэйс роутера по адресу в браузере 192.168.0.1 или 192.168.1.1, ввести логин и пароль для входа (по стандарту л: admin п: admin, или поле пароль пустое) и в разделе WAN (Ван) поставить на "подключаться автоматически" или "всё время включен", за тем сохранить конфигурацию.
Помню была проблема с АдГуард, интернет плохо грузил в браузере поскольку плагин после апдейта был криво сделан, потому страницы начали долго грузиться..
