А чему тут удивлятся? Если "РЕФЕРИ" лезит в спаринг. Да при нормальном раскладе сами посетители и обновления подтянут, теже опросы! И реальные новости города сольют!
Да и я когда-то недавно создавал подобную тему. Прожила она от силы минут 20. Потом резко куда-то исчезла. Отчего даже не знаю. Неужели кому-то из "основателей" не понравилось. Я писал об "оперативности" обновления новостей. Хотя в последнее время немного исправились. Стали оперативнее. Но есть еще куда стремиться......
