Как нам сделать Украину высоко технологичной державой? Как мы сможем понять европейцев если только 77% украинцев не были за рубежом? Второе, совершенствуете язык другой страны. Третье получаете связи как в науке так и бизнесе. Посмотрите на евреев, корейцев, японцев, индусов и китайцев. Именно так они получают новые технологии и развивают свои страны. Поступайте в аспирантуру на западе. Это реально.при учебе ваше преподавание оплачивает университет. Можем обсудить кому интересно Для поступления нужно следующее: 1. Toefl 2. Gre или GMAT в зависимости от специальности 3. 3 рекомендательных письма 4. Заявление ( обычно на сайте факультета в пакете со всеми документами) 5. Плата за рассмотрение документов. В зависимости от университета от 45- до 100 долларов 6. Сочинение почему я хочу учиться именно на этой специальности и этом университете
На технических специальностях как правило проблем не возникает с финансированием. Финансирование за счет teaching assistant а потом возможно research assistant.
По поводу пункта 5. Деньги идут университету который рассматривает документы. Когда учишься идет зарплата примерно 1500 долларов. Ее хватает вернуть вложенные деньги (за экзамены, эту плату за визу и так далее) на нормальную жизнь. Плюс получаешь диплом и шанс устроиться на хорошую работу
