Учиться очень просто - любой медицинский ВУЗ по специальности Лечебное дело 6 лет, потом интернатура по специальности Хирургия 3 года, итого 9 лет и можно с удовольствием резать людей! Но на маньяка быстрее можно выучиться. ИМХО.
