В доме – 2 спальни на 4-6 человек с видом на Днепр, спутниковое ТВ, столовая, холодильник, СВЧ, сауна, душ кабина, туалет. Беседка – мягкий уголок, мангал, газ. печь, холодильник. На территории усадьбы есть бассейн.
Чем заняться: рыбалка с берега, рыбалка с лодки, охота, катание на моторной лодке, выезд на острова, песчаный пляж 500 м., пляж на турбазе Тополь 1 км, экскурсии, прогулки, сауна, романтические закаты, купание в басейне.
Усадьба расположена на одной территории с хозяйским домом.с. Келеберда -недалеко от г. Кременчуга и Горишни Плавни Полтавской обл. ниже по течению р.Днепр, на его левом берегу.
