Банки совсем озверели(( Продажи валюты нет в принципе! Подскажите, кто знает, где можно купить доллары( нужно всего 300), можно в личку( если знаете , где обитают менялы)
Лучше ходите в банки,где есть иностранный капитал. Российский,немецкий и пр. Там чаще попадается валюта. Вообще сейчас самих долларов пр.нет,зато есть евро. У меня такое впечатление,что доллар специально продают по относительно стабильной цене,потому его и нет,зато евро так не фиксировано,потому оно еще и есть.
