В интернетах есть куча статей по этому вопросу. У меня тоже первый месяц болели, прочитал пару статей/форумы, стал ездить правильно - колени болеть перестали.

Спасибо за поздравления. Рассказ? Даже не знаю о чем и писать. Слишком много всего было в эти двое суток. Ночной старт в Сумах, езда большой группой первые полтора часа, проезд через столицу гончарного искусства - Опошню, где возле каждого двора сидит бабушка с целой коллекцией всевозможной глиняной посуды и сувениров, невольное попадание на Сорочинскую ярмарку и связанный с этим событием дурдом на дороге, когда машины идут одна за другой в обе стороны, отдых в гостинице в Лохвице в течении двух часов, затем езда ночью, когда уже реально холодно, вынужденный часовой сон на мокрой траве под утро, потому что вырубало прямо на ходу и в довершение ко всему напрочь разбитая дорога в районе Лебедина. Для себя понял, что преодолен рубеж, когда волнует физическое состояние ног, т.е. делая остановки на полноценную еду (первое-второе и компот) каждые 3-4 часа, 8-ми часовой сон в сутки можно ехать и ехать. Но тут возникает проблема пятой точки, а отсюда правильный выбор седла и памперса. В этот раз я допустил ошибку, проехав 740 км за двое суток в одном памперсе. Это было очень жестокое испытание для ...опы, натер до крови. Именно натер влажным памперсом, а не набил седлом. Фото не делал, не до того было. Возможно сумчане что-нибудь выложат.
