Эх, не выдержал, закурил. Последние 3 дня на море. Понаехали москвичи, и все мои любимые сигареты закурили. И я потянулся за курительной палочкой...

За всю свою недолгую жизнь выкурил может пачек две-три сигарет. Иногда, но очень редко, беру сигарету в рот на тусовках по настроению...

Один знакомый пытался бросить курить, земеняя сигареты леденцами "Минтон". Через две недели посадил желудок и заработал минтонофобию.

Это гораздо лучше, чем курить. Посаженный желудок - подтянутый живот. А насчёт свежего дыхания Минтон, - это Вам не сигаретный перегар... Гораздо лучше... Смотрите рекламу. :D

Вот тут ты не прав... Я всю жизнь был худым, а когда заработал язву - стал значительно полней (с 60 кг до 80 за несколько месяцев)

А я видел обратную реакцию после язвы, - похудение...
...
После того, как бросил, поправился на пару килограмм (появился аппетит), но потом занялся физкультурой, - и всё в порядке...

Я тоже курю но если надо будет то легко смогу бросить просто надо сказать больше не курю мне помогает. не курила 1год а потом как то само собой опять начала
