Я давала младшему, но он любит подслащенный с ягодами, типа йогурта, можно ложку меда положить, если аллергии нет))) Побочных эффектов не наблюдали))) Мой грибик погиб после 2-хдневного отсутствия дома, так что тоже буду ждать подрастания гриба Сараби!
У настоящей любви нет срока годности:-)

Ой, какя классная тема, а я ее не видела! Я жуткий любитель всего молочного, просто обожатель... а этот кефирный грибок - просто мечта! Может кто-то осуществит эту мечту - поделится капелькой?

Кефирный гриб может жить в одном и том же молоке не менее месяца, проверено. Причем разрастается так, вроде бы его специально откармливали!
