Пользуюсь утелом с лета прошлого года. В основном аська и совсем немного хтмл. Юзаю всё это на комуникаторе Asus P750 Досих пор не выбрал акционные 250 мег. Покрытие родное у утела в Кременчуге ОТВРАТИТЕЛЬНОЕ- есть немного на пивзаводе и в центре, на Молодёжном покрытия нет, постоянно нахожусь в роуминге (Билайн).
Как только появилса "Мобільний Інтернет без контракту" я на двое суток запал в интернет. Скорость была - улет!!! Торрент качал со скоростью 200 кб. У меня моб телефон был к кампу подключен, так его не можна было взять в руки - гарячий был. За сутки больше 10 гиг выкачивал. В даный момент - полная шляпа - иногда старницу загрузить трудно. Сигнал судя по антенке на моб телефоне 100%. В чем проблема??? Пытался выяснить у оператора, дал заявку. В ответ получил: "... в связи с большым расстоянием до базовой станции скорость может ограничиватся..." и все! на мои обяснения что раньше то все было гут, а сейчас, особенно вечером невозможно не то чтобы протэстить скорость - страница обрывется в ответ все те же слова... Заявку на расширение пропускной способности интернета не принимают, и базовую станцию тоже не будут ставить - сигнал то 100%!!!!!
