Всем привет,кто подскажет,в каком р-не кремня лучше всего приобрести участок под строительство дома,а в каком месте лучше не покупать-экология и высокая стоимость.
Формально Вы имеете право даже бесплатно приватизировать один раз участок земли до 10 соток(только для дома и приусадебного участка. никакой коммерции!!) на територии города. Село - 25 соток. Вы заплатите только за тех документацию(ее изготавливают частные фирмы), на основе которой Вам выдадут гос акт на право собственности на землю.
