ИЛЛЮЗИЙ по поводу работы нового горсовета НЕТ. Работа прошлого созыва в квадрате + новый мер вряд-ли будет отличаться скромностью масштабов.

НАДЕЖДА ЕСТЬ . Из общения с непрошедшими из разных партий- начинать делать "добрые дела" надо за полгода до выборов "Эволюционируем : просто обещания = обещания+гречка=обещания+гречка+лавочки=дальше????.

П.С. Идей у партий нет. Нынешние выборы это победа "сетевого маркетинга" над прямой покупкой голосов.

Я би сказала: прямий підкуп виборців через багаторівнений маркетинг. В усякому разі це стосується успіху двох партій - "Рідного міста" і "Батьківщини", які змагались між собою саме в цій технології.
