Я согласна, что пароль у меня был не из сложных. Но я же говорю, что у меня этот имэил уже примерно года 4, если не больше был! Раньше у меня таких проблем не возникало.

Да хоть 15 лет, какая теперь разница? Значит, раньше игнорили, а сейчас он[ящик] понадобился.
Сегодня, уже окончательно потеряв надежду, я решила ещё раз зайти в свой почт.ящик! Всё так же, как в предыдущие разы внесла логин и пароль, выдало ошибку. Я ещё раз внесла логин и указала на функцию "Забыли пароль". Каково было мое удивление, когда система мне дала доступ (в предыдущие попытки, выдавало просто ошибку). Далее последовал контрольный вопрос, я ввела на него ответ и мне было предложено поменять пароль :unsure: Я внесла, новый пароль и зашла в свою почту. Только один нюанс, все контакты просто пропали :blink: Но в любом случае мой адрес почты остался тот же. Вот такая грустная история, со счастливым концом!
Мне всё таки ответили из поддержки Яндекса! Чему я очень удивлена. Но ещё больше я удивлена тому, что они мне написали,якобы почт.ящик был удалён самим пользователем :cool: Мда, только у меня такое бывает.
хм..у меня вчера тоже самое произошло с почтой на mail.ru :( да ещё и со всеми социальными сетями,которые были подвязаны на этот ящик:( тупо не заходит и выдает контрольный вопрос- как зовут собаку,хотя у меня был про девичью фамилию :(:( жалко почту, т.к. пользовался ей лет 5 уже постоянно,параллельно с рабочей...
U2 Попробуйте через ихнюю форму восстановления восстановить пароль. Нужно будет поотвечать на вопросы типа "Когда вы зарегистрировали почтовый ящик?". Я жене так восстановил.
