9 мая гонка в Днепропетровске, про которую уже тут было - http://pobednaya.org.ua/ Организовываемся (количество человек, транспорт к месту проведения и т.д.), централизованно платим и регистрируемся.
Веломарафон провели в троем я, Д.М. Бакаев и Михалыч. На протяжении всей дистанции Д.М.Бакаев задавал высокий темп. Честно говоря временами было очень тяжело. Ср. ск. 29,3 км.ч. Учитывая длину дистанции и качество наших дорог на мой взгляд это неплохой результат, хотя работать есть над чем. По анонсам проведения таких мероприятий согласен с Олежкой необходимо сообщать за ранее, не позже среды, чтобы соответственно подготовится.

В смысле, успеть сделать бутерброды? Готовятся к таким мероприятиям не день и не неделю.
Если в воскресенье намечается марафонский эаеэд, то на кануне подготовка к этому заезду одного типа, если в субботу намечается разделка, то это другой вид подготовки. Неуки по этому вопросу могут обратится за консультацией к Михалычу. Я думаю он не откажет и поделится своими знаниями о правельности ведения тренировок.
