10.07 провели мини марафон как и плонировали. Результаты заезда говорят о том, что надо усиливать тренировки. На следующие выходные я предлогаю в сбботу провести разделку 20-30км. В воскресенье мини марафон 100-120км. в Омельнике. Естественно среди недели надо как можно больше накатывать километраж. Пишите свои предложения.
Да,все хорошо было,но меня подвело мое колено,сказалось прошлогоднее падение на половине пути я отстал и значительно снизил скорость ибо дело шло к тому ,что я вообще бы до города не доехал.
Итог:километраж 119км,время пути 4часа с копейками всем участникам спасибо
в разделке приму участие,но не более 20км пишите когда она будет заранее
