Да верим, верим... Тем более, что и Вы согласны с тем, что обслуживание в Привате плохое. Экономят на менеджерах, не думая о клиентах, менеджеры задалбывают вопросами о деньгах и втюхивают кредитки. Уже эти три пункта для многих ставят крест на отношениях с банком. А значит надо делать выводы, а не оправдания. ИМХО.

14 лет работаю с банками. 1998 открыл счёт в ПромИнвестБанке, так же был счёт в Авале, плотно работал с большинством Кременчугских банков. В своё время поработал экспертом по микрокредитованию, с обучением и проживанием в Киеве, по этому про банковские продукты и условия сужу со знанием дела. И я никому ничего не навязываю, моё мнение - это моё мнение. Личный опыт, а не бред.
