Паркур (фр. Parkour), в переводе с французского означает "полоса препятствий". Паркур - это совокупность навыков владения собственным телом, со стороны напоминает сплав лёгкой атлетики, акробатики, скалолазанья и боевых искусств. Основной идеей паркура является способность человека максимально быстро и эффективно перемещаться в любых условиях и при любых обстоятельствах, и применять свои навыки, когда возникнет необходимость. Но при этом паркур обладает особенной, только ему присущей философией, примерно так же, как обладают философией различные виды восточных единоборств. Людей, занимающихся паркуром называют "трэйсерами" (фр. traceur), что означает "человек, прокладывающий новые пути". Паркур, по своей сути, многогранен. Как по содержанию, так и по восприятию: это спорт, экстрим, искусство, образ жизни, мировосприятие и еще множество вещей, понимание которых приходит с опытом. ?
