у нас в этом году с таурегом такая ситуация произошла...в итоге обратно делали перезаказ машины...при транспортировке машины в салон в машине был поврежден бампер+ фары...в салоне сделали рихтовку+ покраску+ замену фар и нам втирали что машина новая...сделали экспертизу. салон не сопротивлялся и еще ждали машину 2 месца. хорошо что второй раз машина пришла целая))) в свое время работала автомобильном холдинге и знаю эти хитрости)) и эти проделки могут быть и как ланосом так и с мерседесом.
а у меня сосед так купил тачку. Только он знал что она битая. бахнули при выгрузке. И ничего, 35 тыс/грн скосили. Они её не красили. Он специально её ждал

И это правильно! В общем самому можно влезть... А так, какой смысл в таком "новом" авто... Я так в салоне одну машину увидел, когда разговаривал с директором. Бампер был другого цвета. И видел один УАЗ, на него снежная глыба упала. Так, тоже на покраске стоял. Привезли в Кремненчуг с Одессы (вроде) на рихтовку. В инете ходила история про крашеную фиесту. Что на салатовом (цвет авто не помню) авто, красный бампер был.
хм, в принипе и на заводе никто сваренный кузон не порежет из-за деффекта обшивки, рихтонут, подмажут и на поркаску, буржуи вообще такие вещи за битоость не считают, так что не стоит так переживать, хотя и неприятно, вот когда уже силовые повреждены, а машина типа новье - это неприятно
