Есть много агентств в которых работает нереальное колличество риелторов но они слабы, а есть в котором работает три риелтора но они держут весь рынок своего города!так что, поржать идите в курилку!

Какой % от продаж позволяет барть совесть за то что вы штудируете приватку, или перехватываете объвления на стадии поступления их в саму газету? Интересно сколько мы переплачиваем агентам за их так сказать работу?

я не работаю с приваткой. и не занимаюсь жилой недвижимостью
Привет риелторам! хочу задать такой вопрос, сейчас нету нового полжения оформления дома и введения его в эксплуатацию, а как же тогда люди продают дома? вот у меня земля приватезирована, а дом ещё не введён в эксплуатацию могу ли я его как то продать? или нет
