1. Сейчас многие банки типа объединяются и можно узнать при открытии счета с какими банками сотрудничают. Снятие налички будет без комиссий. 2. Любые карточки МПС (международные платежные системы - VISA, MasterCard) обслуживаются в торговой сети, если есть наклейки. 3. При открытии счета уточнить возможность использования за границей карточки. Пройдитесь по банкам и узнайте % начисления на остаток на карте, другие возможности (инет технологии и т.д.).
