orlexy, есть "извращённый" вариант выхода даже из этой ситуации . Но я больше склоняюсь к тому что это золотые слова на уши электората. Ставить снаружи камеры для помещений конечно же можно, но не на долго.

да хоть сейчас - и даже знаю зачем вопрос - кто скинется на камеры и оплатит трафик ... я например могу поучаствовать в 3-х камерах кторые интересуют меня в моих проектах ... :)
так вроде ж ставили обычные IP камеры??? Там же шнурки только нада подтянуть и всё. Да и на улице им лучше не стоять, влага попадёт - совсем мёртвый будет .
ну да, это вообще вэбка, , так камеры ж по их смете стоили тогда около 7500 грн, это я в Комсомольске смету видел , а тут 300грн. Они вообще ничего не боятся???
А зачем нам эти камеры? У нас же не курорт вроде. Мне,лично,будет стыдно перед людьми из других городов за наши дороги, отсутствие зеленых зон, грязь и серость... Было бы еще что показать как в других городах....
