Именем Залудяка следует назвать рынок, что воздвигли на месте не состоявшегося мемориала защитникам и освободителям нашего города на ул. Пушкина. Он с почестями похоронил дело начатое Козенко и выполненное уже на 80%. А ведь именно он курировал эти работы. Этот базар самый достойный ему памятник. При нём в городе больше не было построено ни чего пристойного, а некогда наш Днепровский ГОК, стал Полтавским. Бесхребетный человек, "не рыба ни мясо".

Вот, этого не скажу. Надо смотреть когда составлялся проект и кто "выбивал" это строительство. Но зная манеру работы Залудяка перед вышестоящим начальством - "одобрямс!", "будет сделано!"... Его личная заслуга в этом не велика.

В данном случае речь идет не об этом: на Квартальной нет жилых домов и табличек много не надо менять. Мое личное мнение: всем улицам "старого" Кременчуга надо возвратить исторические названия, построенным в советское время - советские, новым же - Героев нашего времени. Улица Квартальная до революции носила название Преображенская (от церкви, которая занимала квартал от Преображенской до Докторской (Советской), на месте, где сейчас "Европа") - Церковь никто восстанавливать не планирует - развлекательный центр важнее. Можно было бы хотя бы улице вернуть красивое православное название.

Уже дали одной улице возле Велмарта название "Спасопреображенська", так что вряд ли власть пойдет на это
