Глава Донецкой областной военной администрации Павел Жебривский считает, что местные выборы в области должны пройти не ранее 2017 года.
Об этом он заявил в интервью ЛIГАБiзнесIнформ.
"Я сегодня вообще сторонник того, чтобы местные выборы не проводились и на территории, контролируемой украинской властью. Считаю, что надо вводить военно-гражданские администрации", - сказал он
"До 2017 года мы должны провести административно-территориальную реформу, и уже потом провести местные выборы, и не просто избрать депутатов, а передать права и ответственность этим новосозданным громадам. Это та децентрализация, о которой говорят наши европейские партнеры, и в таком виде должна функционировать местная власть", - заявил Павел Жебривский.
"Я много коммуницирую с людьми, которые приезжают сюда. Конечно, промыли мозги рашистской пропагандой полностью. Вата вместо мозгов. Но даже среди этих людей 70% хотят только одного - мира. И чтобы отцепились все. Люди деморализованы, дезориентированы и дезинтегрированы. О каком выборе людей можно говорить? Поэтому я внес предложение ввести военно-гражданские администрации. Область в войне", - сказал он.
"У Оппозиционного блока здесь есть поддержка, они над этим работают. Но я уверен, что они не получат большинство в местных советах", - сказал губернатор о поддержке Оппозиционного блока жителями Донбасса.
