Немного о документах НКВД. 1. Получив от подследственного данные о том,что некие знакомые ему люди занимаются антисоветской деятельностью, следователь составлял список таких. Часть их могла быть уже осуждена,по ним следственных действий могло и не производиться. Но были и рекордсмены. Некий старший политрук дал показания на 29 человек,от первого секретаря Харьковского обкома и горкома КП(б)У товарища Гикало до стажеров на своем складе. 2.

Я все же ставлю на Попова,поскольку Нестройного двадцать лет здесь не было и вряд ли он был в курсе всех админ. пертурбаций. Жаль,что Попов не отражен в названиях улиц, как сделавший наш город областным. Есть улица Попова на Третьей Занасыпи,но вряд ли это он...
