По поводу Крюкова нашёл интересное описание в книге Николайчика Ф.Д. от 1891 года, по поводу названия Крюков. Он пишет что казаки с гетьманом Жимайло, отступая от Конецпольского, укрепились в пол четверти мили от озера Куруково, здесь козаки потерпели второе поражение и согласились подписать невыгодный для них договор. Урощище в котором заключилься договор называеться Медвежьими лозами. Впоследствии событие это называлось в документах и актах того времени - комисия Коруковская (Куроковская, Круковская). Далее Николайчик Ф.Д. приводит несколько доказательст того что именно в теперешнем Крюкове и подписали этот договор. И правильней говорить Круков, поскольку Круков изменили на Крюков переселенцы старообрядцы-великоросы во времена Потёмкина, которым было разрешено возвращаться из изгнания и селиться в Новоросийской губернии. Ну переселение это уже другая история

Наверное из-за Соляной площади, которая находилась на берегу Днепра. Думаю соль везли с Херсона, вот и назвали улицу.
